Scott Frankfurt is a critically acclaimed producer, songwriter, artist, arranger, composer, synthesist and sound designer. He owns & operates Scott Frankfurt Studio in Woodland Hills, CA with wife and co-founder Sharon Frankfurt. Studying classical piano as a child, Scott discovered a passion for the drums at age 13. While working in music retail, Scott was also exposed to earliest days of drum machine technology. Ultimately, his love for songwriting led him back to the keyboard, where his fascination with synthesizers grew into a parallel career as a Sound Designer, applying his skills for Emu, Yamaha, Korg, and Ensoniq where he developed sounds used in professional keyboards throughout the world. As a recording artist, Scott and late wife Jody Moreing Frankfurt released four critically acclaimed pop-styled CCM recordings as "street called Straight" on Frontline Music Group & Bleach Bros. Music. Scott's work is heard on hundreds of recordings from artists including Barbra Streisand, Christopher Cross, Ashlee and Evan, Michael Jackson, Yo Yo Ma, Chicago, Sergio Mendes, John Legend, Manhattan Transfer, Earth , Wind & Fire, Whitney Houston, Cali y Dandee, Janelle Monae, Alphonso Johnson, Queen Latifah, Bebe & Cece Winans, Phoebe Snow, Point Of Grace, Richard Souther, Jeremy Lubbock, Edgar Winter, Twila Paris, the Pointer Sisters, Boyz II Men and Chaka Khan...
