Kayzee is a dynamic record producer, songwriter, DJ, engineer, and music educator from Luton, UK. Born in Nigeria, he was deeply influenced by the rich sounds of highlife, Fuji, soul, R&B, and hip hop, which sparked his lifelong passion for music. Moving to the UK in his late teens, he honed his craft in school music rooms, discovering his love for production through the DAW ‘Reason.’ Kayzee's sound blends gospel, soul harmony with gritty and catchy rhythms inspired by Afro/ Caribbean sounds, incorporating the unpredictability of electronic music. Nurturing his soul/ jazz background, he formed ‘Ikoko’, an alternative Jazz collective, releasing their EP, ‘1’ in 2018. In 2022, he connected with Stefflon Don, quickly developing a strong working relationship producing multiple tracks, including the infamous diss tracks ‘Dead Gyal Walking’ and ‘Dead Gyal Talking.’ Kayzee also co-produced the singles ‘Deadly’ featuring Victony and ‘Big Fat Machine’ featuring Fivio Foreign and Major League DJs. His contributions to Stefflon Don's album ‘Island 54,’ where he landed eight placements on the 20-track project, further established his reputation as a top-tier producer. Simultaneously, Kayzee expanded his role by joining Stefflon Don's tour as a DJ and band member, performing on stages around the world.
