MUSIC FOR FILMMAKERS Daniel Ciurlizza (pronounced “Chur-Leet-Zuh”) is an American-Chinese-Peruvian composer and song producer in the San Francisco East Bay Area. He runs Outlier Studios, a 15-person music team that has assisted him in creating scores for 116 scripted films and documentary projects. SONG PRODUCTION & SOUND DESIGN One of Daniel’s objectives is to combine disparate styles of music to make something new. This has led him to create sounds used on songs by Harry Styles, Maroon 5, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Kanye West, and other Top 40 productions. TRAILERS & ADS Daniel’s experience in creating music for trailers and ads has allowed him to hone his ability to create many different styles of music quickly. The result is a fresh-sounding collection of eclectic music based on experimentation and musical innovation.
