Who is A.J Harvey? Toronto native A.J, is known locally and internationally for her soulful serenades and her ability to “write songs on the fly in the studio”. This ability is in fact the root of her illustrious stage name MissFly. A.J starting singing background vocals at the tender age of 13, A.J launched her professional singing career with her first major recording project alongside Leroy Sibbles, a famous reggae artist. After her first taste of what her future could hold, the vision was clear: to become an international recording artist. To make this dream a reality she knew she needed to hone her craft , Humber College was her incubus where she completed the prestigious Jazz program in the early ‘90s. The years following were focused on personal and professional growth. To date, A.J has graced the stage for over 200 performances across countless bars and private events in the Greater Toronto Area. Currently working on a duet project, covering some magical love songs and also some amazing originals with guitarist James Bryan from the Juno winning band The Philosopher Kings. Prepare yourselves because what we are workng on is about to take the world by storm....
