"Be who you are" and "I am who I am" these are the mottos that move Dan Perry. Dan Perry was born Daniel Pereira in Portugal. From an early age he developed a musical talent. Still in Portugal he completed his training as an actor for theater and television. In 2015, Perry moved to Berlin to start his career as a singer and songwriter. In 2019 he founded his own rock band called Merely Minds and in 2022 was Dan Perry a participant in The Voice of Germany. Most of his emotional songs are influenced by his life motto "be who you are" and are about the fact that all people are equal, that happiness comes to you when you feel comfortable in your own skin and when you can be who you are. He fights for those who suffer from bullying, discrimination and racism.
