Born in 1994, Dimas Jimbo is a rapper, songwriter, and music producer from Bekasi, Indonesia. He began his music journey in early 2018 by releasing tracks via SoundCloud. He is the founder of hip-hop collective group Low Budget Music and left the group in May 2022. Most of his music styles are influenced by GIRIBOY, PUNPEE, GReeeeN, and JuTa. From those inspiring musicians, he has developed his character with poetic lyrics and dynamic flow. Until now, Dimas Jimbo has released 7 albums, 4 EPs, a collaborative EP with Lil Choo, and many singles. As a part of Low Budget Music during 2019-2022, he also participated in a compilation album and a compilation EP with them. In 2020, as a part of Low Budget Music, Dimas Jimbo performed on Emerging Show Vol. 5 and became the first hip-hop group to perform in M Bloc Live House. In 2023, after almost nine months of not performing on stage, Dimas Jimbo came back as a participant in the JHHB Hip-Hop Contest and became the Rap Performance Winner. In the same year, he participated in the Purple Juice Battle Rap Deathmatch and came out as the Runner-Up. Dimas Jimbo has a side project named Dukalara and also worked on some other side projects' songs as Co-Producer and Lyricist for MarshaOshi, Jesster, and Interindah.
