CHANCEY is an upcoming Artist & Mixer/Engineer from Peabody Massachusetts. While growing up CHANCEY listened to a variety of different genres of music. Such as Classic Rock, Hip/Hop Rap, Classic blues, 50-60’s, 70-80’s etc. The artist’s that influenced him to write music were Russ, Nav, and MachineGunKelly. With having many influences it helped him form his sound. Going from Melodic trap, to old school rapping, to emotional vocals of R/B. With his raw distinct voice you can’t really compare CHANCEYS sound to one specific artist, but many have compared him to Nav, Trippie Red and even Juice WRLD. Beginning of his journey music was just a side hobby that he enjoyed. Until he met two of his friends PLVTO and STEVIE. Finally knowing that they all had the same mindsets and goals to achieve. They have formed a team best known as “North Of Boston Records.”
