" <...> Domantas Pūras is a Lithuanian electroacoustic and electronic music composer currently residing in Stockholm, Sweden. His works implement post-new simplicity structures and extended duration soundscape evolutions for piano, pipe organ, choir, double bass, voice, and electronics. The composer combines all of these elements in his live performances resulting in a colossal structure of overwhelming, yet blissfully beautiful sound. Pūras’ music is enhanced through noise and harmonic textures that he finds with either acoustic instrumentation or synthetic materials, and field recordings. With his new compositions, Domantas has been at the forefront of the drone/ noise/ ambient movement in Lithuania."
