Biography

Luc Ostroff is an American Singer-Songwriter based in the San Francisco Bay Area. His musical influences range across all genres but some of his biggest influences are artists like Kacey Musgraves, Haim, Louis Cole, Jack Johnson, Jordy Searcy, Steven Van Betten, ARTHUR, Zach Moses, and obviously the Beatles. Luc's musical journey began as a child growing up in Marin County, California. Being from a family full of musicians and creatives, it was only a matter of time before Luc ditched baseball to instead pick up the guitar and piano to write songs. On Christmas 2016 when Luc was a sophomore in high school, he was gifted his first interface and microphone by his older brother Zach (aka Zach Moses). From that point on, Luc came home from school and regularly spent his afternoons and evenings writing and recording new songs. Luc played his first show of original music, a legendary concert in Oakland, California, with his high school musical project, Rainbow Sundae, backed by his two brothers and sister Is (Is Aya). From that point on Luc was excited to continue his musical journey, and release his music via Bandamp and Soundcloud, and now all streaming services. He started a project with his brother Sam (Arnold’s Lil Horse Farm), which is an ongoing project between the two. Luc continues to perform his songs at local coffee shops, book stores, venues, and his University's college radio (KUSF). Luc's upcoming release, "Give It Some Time", comes out this month (November)!
