Recipent of awards in national competitions for solo, classical, contemporary and chamber music in Sweden and Italy, Francesco is a continuously growing artist with a decadal teaching experience. He premiered several compositions by young European and internationally renowned composers such as Henri Dutilleux, Toshio Hosokawa, Christofer Elgh, Djuro Zivkovic, Irlando Danieli and Giorgio Colombo Taccani. In his studies, Francesco Moretti has obtained the highest recognition in both his master degree in chamber music and in accordion at Conservatorire G. Verdi in Milan. In addition, Francesco has completed a master degree in physics at Stockholm University and the international master degree NAIP - New Audience Innovative Practice - at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Particularly engaged in arranging for small ensembles: movie soundtracks, symphonic music and world music. He proposes arts crossover whenever possible. He plays Bugari and has published with DaVinci two music book collections, one with newly composed for him music and another with transcriptions.
