Biography

Rapper Bynoe was born and raised in Far Rockaway, Queens (New York). Over the course of the past two decades, he's faced seemingly insurmountable adversity and overcome debilitating events to stand as a solo artist to be reckoned with; he's seasoned and has a level of both style and authenticity that many artists in today's market are sorely lacking. Influenced by artists such as Mobb Deep, Bob Marley, CNN, 50 Cent, 2Pac, Biggie, Nas, and Mary J Blige — and of course surrounded by the aura of the hip-hop Mecca — rapping was second nature to Bynoe. His introduction to the world was alongside C LOE and Marty as 1/3 of the ill-fated group The Predators; It wasn't until he joined Starting 5 (S5) a few years later, though, that he ultimately found success in the game. The group, which also included [in its final iteration] Stack Bundles, Cau2G$, and Chinx went on to work with superstars like Kanye West, Jim Jones, Maino, Lil' Wayne, Tony Yayo, French Montana, and Mobb Deep. This was due in part to the doors opened to the foursome as a result of Stack's affiliation with DJ Clue's Desert Storm imprint. The group's collective success was cut short, however, when Stack Bundles was fatally shot outside of his apartment in Far Rockaway. The years that followed saw Bynoe endure not only a three-year jail sentence but — eight years after the death of Stack's — Chinx was killed in a drive-by shooting following a performance in Queens.
