Tee Ammy is a talented and skilled singer, song writer, recording and a performing artist based in Nairobi, Kenya. Tee Ammy’s music is characterized by lively fusion of afro pop melodies and soulful Afro RnB arrangements that allow her to showcase her impressive vocal technique range. In addition she sings in over seven languages, English, Swahili, Lingala, Kamba, Hindu and Arabic, which grants her to appeal to a widespread audience. Music has always been an elemental part of Ammy’s life – as she started her musical journey at a young age performing in musicals scaling from primary and high school which honed her skills in her early teens. Growing up she got influence from musical acts such as Whitney, Beyonce, Ray C AND Yvonne Chakachaka. During her time in collage as she was pursuing higher education, she managed to work with at list two bands for over three years as she focused on university studies juggling in-between. Aside from music, she enjoy exploring fashion, traveling and cooking. As she continues with the pursuit in music, she aspires to build recognition and identity by making music by making music that his generation and the world at large would get to love, heal with, laugh and communicate with.
