Watzreal is an award winning MC born and raised in the Bay and is considered by many that know him to be a community staple within the Bay Area underground hip hop scene. With his emotionally honest lyrics, his captivating live performances, and his old school sound smoothly flowing over impeccable production, Watzreal focuses on making introspective music that connects with his listeners on a deep and personal level. His debut album, “Wisdom Wit Attitude,” has been critically acclaimed by fans and labeled “one of the best debuts in 2015” by the Underground Hip-Hop Blog and he’s been awarded twice both for his, “Go!,” music video and his music video for, “Just A Dream,” by the, “IWAM: It Was A Movie: Bay Area music Video Film Festival. Since then, he’s released two other critically acclaimed albums, performed in 15 states, has done multiple tours and has opened for Anderson .Paak, Griselda, Warren G, Twister, Big Daddy Kane, BJ The Chicago Kid, Immortal Technique, Dead Prez, Murs, and The Grouch just to name a few. He’s also been devoted to his work in the community through Beats Rhymes And Life for over 10 years which uses rap as an alternative form of therapy for youth in the Bay Area and beyond. He recently dropped "The Dark Album Deluxe,” which talks about mental health, systemic issues , the search for self love, and is currently his best work to date.
