Biography

The Arthurs is a Dutch alternative rock band from Amsterdam/Rotterdam, formed around singer/songwriter Robin den Drijver. In June 2021 the band released their second album ‘Glass’. Their debut 'When I'm Sane' was released in 2017. In their music you may hear influences from bands such as The Smiths, Nirvana, The Doors and The Pixies, but the band distinguish themselves by their own unique style and sound. Listening to their melodic, dynamic, raw, beautiful, aggressive, dreamlike, but always heartfelt music will be worth your while. The Arthurs played notable venues and festivals in The Netherlands, Belgium and England. In April 2022, the band was asked to support legendary English new wave band Fischer-Z in De Boerderij, Zoetermeer. March 19th 2023, The Arthurs will support UK rock band The Subways in Rotown, Rotterdam. "This top band deserves all our attention.
