Uzee The Bovvaking was born in Kaduna, Zaria, Nigeria, and was introduced to Hip-Hop at nine yrs old by his elder brothers. He was immediately drawn to the pride, culture, and self-expression the genre provided and found it to be like no other art form. His first project, The Large Rock Project, released digitally in 2014 features him rapping over instrumentals from renowned Hip-Hop producers Pete Rock and Large Professor. Uzee The Bovvaking has an impressive discography and has been featured in numerous publications. His music has been praised for its originality, lyrical content, and production with subject matters that covers real life, spirituality, and the corruption of leaders in society. He is also 1/2 of a producer-rapper duo, Jazz and Vodka, with French producer Grolok Panicrum. Additionally, he co-founded Cave of Adullam, a digital record label which he releases his music under.
