Maxi Payne, born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, hometown to the likes of Ice Cube and Nipsey Hussle. A place known for gang banging and gangsta rap. Maxi never banged, though being surrounded by it clearly shows thru the pain and honesty in his content. A late bloomer of sorts he didn't begin to or even think about rapping until going to college. At UNLV, in the dorms MAXI PAYNE was born, a charismatic emcee, with honest lyrics, slick wordplay and a smooth but versatile delivery, reminiscent of 90's Hip Hop. Over his Hip Hop journey as a Independent artist Maxi Payne has released several LP's, multiple singles and a slew of mixtapes, in the process honing his craft to elite level.
