Musician. Raghav Sehgal is a trained vocalist, in Indian Classical Music. He writes and composes as well. His recent originals include Mora Piya , Blurry Nights, and Heartsick . Raghav has been learning Indian Classical Music from his childhood when he was around 5 years old. He is a disciple of Pt. Sarvesh Kumar Sharma, Pt. Pritam Bhattacharjee and Mrs. Manjima Roy. He has grown up listening to Pandit Jasraj Ji, Bhimsen Joshi Ji. His inspirations are Mohammed Rafi Saheb , Sonu Nigam Sir, Shankar Mahadevan Ji Satinder Sartaaj Ji. Recently opened for Jaz Dhami in 2023, He has been part of the journey for very long now, more than 13 years now. This journey has taught him a-lot many things. In 2016, he secured the first position at National level.He has also been interviewed on All India Radio for a show (Chote Ustad). Music has definitely taught him the meaning of continuity in life, and he strongly believes that , “Practise make a man perfect”. Currently Raghav Sehgal is a computer science engineer from Penn State, who is passionate for his music and still learning. He likes to sing in genres that include Indian Classical Music, Indian Semiclassical music, Bollywood, and Punjabi.
