2’Live Bre, whose real name is Breion Terrance Dixon, is a notable hip-hop artist from Nashville, Tennessee. A graduate of Tennessee State University, his music is influenced by Andre 3000 & Busta Rhymes. Beyond his music career, Breion is an executive producer at Brandon TV. He began his music career at the age of 13. In addition to his entertainment career, Bre is dedicated to community empowerment. He founded Butterfly Nation, which helps creatives find their purpose and connect with their community. Since 2021, with the support of Southern Word, he has worked with youth in juvenile detention centers through music arts programs. One of Breion's impactful lyrics is, "Gotta move like a butterfly, can't caterpillar your whole life." This lyric has inspired many to pursue growth in their mental, spiritual, and physical dimensions. In 2020, during a challenging period, Breion had a significant encounter with DMX. DMX, recognizing Breion's struggles, offered him encouragement and shared his personal number. This encounter deeply influenced Breion, leading him to focus more on mental health. Raised in Antioch and Salemtown, Breion faced adversity early in life, including his father's survival of a shooting and the death of his best friend Dj Malik during college. Despite these challenges, he emerged as a trendsetter and social magnet. His teachers noted his diligence, and his vibrant personality shone during extracurricular activities.
