Kansas City based Artist and Producer ARMR blends Hip-Hop, EDM, and R&B into pure sonic energy. In 2016, ARMR independently released his debut EP “Night Clouds." In fall 2016, ARMR released the Electronic RnB single “Call You Out.” In April 2017, ARMR released his second EP "Shift." At the heart of ARMR's production is a modern take on classic 80s pop, upgraded with cutting edge Trap and RnB percussive elements. Within ARMR's darker, more contemplative compositions is a singular emotion: Desolation. Emptiness plays out in the dissonance, distortion, and reverb heavy instrumentation. When the heaving synths and distorted drums let up, the lush sonic signature of modern dance music takes over. It's this ebb and flow between dark and light that makes ARMR stand in contrast to other producers. ARMR's ability to cross genres seamlessly allows his production to draw from numerous sources for inspiration. Whether the production calls for feel good Pop, EDM, Trap or Electro, ARMR is comfortable creating his own self-realized tracks and also fulfilling other artist’s creative endeavors.
