Skinnie Kinnie was born in Memphis Tennessee. Being apart of a military family allowed him to live in Germany, Augusta Georgia, West Memphis Arkansas, and Anchorage Alaska. In 2000 he moved back to Memphis. While growing up and traveling, Skinnie was introduced to a wide range of music. He was inspired by artist like Nelly Ludacris Twista and Three 6 Mafia. He began rapping in 2003 with a group a friends known as the Hit'em Up Click (H.U.C). He later on released his first project titled "In My Mind" in 2005. In 2011 he started taking the rap game serious by releasing his first single titled "I Go Bananas". The song gained him a buzz opening up doors for radio play and doing shows. He dropped his mixtapes "In Da Game" in September 2012 and followed up with "In Da Game Overtime" in July 2013. Skinnie linked up with DJ Smallz in 2015 to release "In Da Game 2" that had popular song "S.O.S" produced by Zaytoven. He dropped his first album titled "Seven" produced by Jit The Beast featured songs like "Pimp Game " featuring 2deep the Southern President and "Catch The Wave". Now Skinnie has released his popular single titled "Foreign" produced by Trench Lord B from producer group Nard & B
