Pianist pays homage to both major musical currents he is interested in - classical piano playing, which is the foundation of all his music, and insatiable desire to experiment and expand the boundaries of what is already known. In Dainis' music, lyrical melodies are enlaced with unusual harmonic solutions that highlight a broad spectrum of emotions from tranquil meditation to technical eruptions of energy. Stylistically Dainis' music contains features of classical, ambient, and electronic music.
