Winnie Win aka Winston T Marshall is a Bahamian-American entertainer, producer, executive consultant, creative writer, director and recording artist (formerly Winnie Boy Genius). After being The University Of Arizona Recording Studio Senior Intern and The Head Of New Media at Park Avenue Records (University Of Arizona), he founded the media consulting company Genius Airlines Entertainment. While honing his skills developing multimedia content, executive producing in studio and performing at major events….he established a wide range of music, TV, film, fashion and sports partnerships that formed a unique network of affiliates. 
 Experiencing college touring while opening up for multi-platinum major label artists like Grammy winning rap phenom 2Chainz and indie college scene rhymer turned experimental hip hop star Mac Miller; helped Win evolve while gaining valuable knowledge and mass exposure. Consulting and producing for companies like Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, STX Entertainment, CBS Viacom, Guidepoint, McKinsey & Company, Atheneum, DIFF Eyewear, Anheuser-Busch, Maitri, Manda, BroLife Music Group and PureKana, performing at The Capital One Orange Bowl with Miami Sports Music, writing/producing content for The NBA/Summer League and co-hosting Rolling Loud after parties are perfect examples of how hard work pays off by creating more opportunities.
