Chris is a songwriter, composer and videographer. His creative studio is in New Baltimore, NY. He is retired from a career as a counselor and educator, and is also a former radio personality. His main focus now is channeling his creative output. Chris has four goals for his music and video projects: 1. Relax 2. Have some fun 3. Bring attention to, and comment on, social issues 4. Get people to act on what they believe in and feel strongly about His music ranges from songs that explore dishonest politicians, the wonder of days gone by, and even COVID19, to a collection of instrumental adventures, each one cinematic, bold and engaging, an epic journey as it morphs through scenes and genres from electronica, rock, and dance, to jazz and orchestral, with guitars, choirs, synthesizers, drum kits, and ethnic percussion. As a videographer Chris merges his music with video, from an epic tone poem as the soundtrack for a scenic cruise on the Hudson shot point-of-view from a kayak, to a short animated love story and numerous “music videos”. Chris is also an avid kayaker, exploring the Hudson River and its tributaries up close, armed with boundless curiosity and a video camera, capturing the beauty of the current state of the Hudson and its environs and the effects of climate change and pollution caused by humans.
