Nina Gi, born Christina Geneve, is an alternative R&B and pop artist with Haitian American roots. Growing up in Asheville, North Carolina, Nina began her musical journey at six years old, experimenting with singing and various instruments. Her musical journey took a pivotal turn in 2019, following an inspiring Lyft ride that motivated her to start recording her own music. This serendipitous moment led to the creation of her debut EP, Alchemy, a project that encapsulates her unique sound and artistic vision. Nina Gi has opened for indie-pop band SALES, performed at the Open Folk showcase and Asheville’s Women to the Front festival, captivating audiences with her passionate and emotive performances.
