Wave City Bay’s 90’s influences are a fusion of underground House, Garage, Jungle and Neo Soul, combined with contemporary flavours to craft a trademark style all of his own. While the romance of this era is prevalent in his soundscape, Wave City Bay also draws from the dance universe, delving into House, Deep House and Garage. Shaping his artistic outlook, he credits the likes of Kerri Chandler, J Dilla, Kevin Saunderson and Jamiroquai to Low Steppa, CINTHIE, George Mensha, Yuzo Koshiro, and R.I.P Productions. 
 Wave City Bay released his debut single ‘Give Me A Try’ in 2022, followed by ‘Rap Game’ released on Jess Bays label, Superstore Records. Evolving his sound with quirky and fun remixes, he continued to make waves with self-released white labels in 2023 such as ‘Need A Little Time’. Early this year, he showcased his talent by putting his own spin on a classic track by Aswad with the ‘Shine’ Remix, earning support from Tough Love, Fire Beatz, and Crystal Waters within the underground House community. With upcoming releases scheduled throughout 2024, Wave City Bay is definitely an artist to watch in the electronic music scene.
