Wesley E.Q. better known by his stage name “Wesso4k” took a liking to music at the early age of 5 while watching his father play Electric & Steel guitar. As he got older he joined the school band & stuck with that through middle school although it wasn’t quit his calling. Wesley attended Rich South HighSchool & by sophomore year he’d already been influenced heavily by Chicago’s drill scene & had an ear for out of pocket word play. Inspired from Chief Keef’s gritty but colorfull Auto-tune sound & the charismatic, yet clever wordplay by Lucki & G herbo, Wesso built his studio at home and cultivates his own blueprint on tracks that showcase his witty punchlines & the ability to switch sounds & genre’s at ease. He discuses past loves, different paths he took in life & how he views the world, he portrays a chill ethereal demeanor through his music which he picked up by tuning into underground legends such as “Duwap Kaine” & “D Savage” He as worked among the likes of Kari Escabar , Magna , ImSheen, Richy4k, KA$H, ImOnly crew & Luke 22 After “ImOnly” disbanded late 2022 Wesso4k started to produce his own instrumentals continues to strive to achieve his music goal of one day touring the 🌎
