Shin Kikuchi organises SCHOLE label with his finely honed sense of beauty, and his visual works expresses the deeper worldview with delicateness which attracts many fans with the sophisticated design. Besides photography, visual works, and paintings, he now attempts to produce music as another form of expression. A music duo “synfilums” formed with Itoko Toma, a modern classical artist whom composes an experimental and intimate musical works with her classical background, start producing music from 2020. Sound creation with high-affinity in visually and auditory to be promised from their works. 研ぎ澄まされた審美眼を通してプロダクションカンパニー『SCHOLE』をオーガナイズ、また、洗練されたデザインでファンを魅了し、映像作品ではその緻密な表現で奥深い世界観に引き込む菊地慎が、これまでの表現手段である写真・映像・絵に加え、さらに音楽表現にも挑戦するため、クラシックに裏打ちされた確かな技術で実験的且つ親しみやすいものを生み出すモダンクラシカルアーティスト 当真伊都子とのデュオ『synfilums』を結成し、2020年より作品制作を開始。 視覚的にも聴覚的にも更に親和性の高い作品作りが期待される。
