Thandi Draai is a South African music producer, DJ, vocalist and songwriter . Thandi has worked with some of biggest labels and artists in South Africa and internationally. Thandi has only been in the industry for more than 7 years and she has reached quite a number of achievements, one of them being a runner up at the JC Le Roux Spinstress DJ Search, she also made it to the finals of Trace Stars where she got personal comment and mentorship from American Music Legend Wyclef Jean. Thandi Draai remains the only female artist who made it to the top 4 of the South African hit show Master of Spin, on SABC 1. She also played for the show ‘Dance Culture’ on Metro FM one of South Africa's leading radio stations, where she showcased her music production and her vocals in her mixes. She also represented South Africa on a well-known radio show on BBC (UK) for Africa week on MisterJams show. Thandi also featured on SABC 3‘s music show, Talent On Track, where she mentored and produced a band that won the competition. Thandi also made the finals of Micasa‘s remix competition, where they used her remix as there official campaign song. Thandi Draai is one of the 1st females in South Africa to have produced a tech E.P titled INGOZI. We could go on but the list is endless.
