Hey, I'm Gambit. Welcome to my page, thanks for stopping by. I like singing, rapping, and shaking my ass on stage (not necessarily in that order.) I'm from Middletown, Connecticut USA. I love way too many genres to commit to a single style, so you might hear influences in my music ranging from funk to hardcore, oldschool to jazz, trap to pop, disco to blues, but fundamentally I think of myself as a hip-hop artist. I’m always experimenting with different sounds and styles. I’m an independent artist all the way down. I’m self-taught, self-funded, and shamelessly self-promoting. I learned how to write by being bad at it for 10 years, which is incidentally how I learned to dance and sing as well. I have no record label helping me - I run this show myself. All my songs are fully written and performed by me. My friend ZTK produces a lot of the beats I use, and he records & mixes everything I put out. I'm 29 years old right now, but we've been working together since I was 18.
