JayRoman the Artist is not just your average CHH rapper but he is also a producer, videographer, businessman, family man and a full time worship leader. His friends refer to him as the “jack of all trades” but he is known to many as simply ‘a man after God’s own heart.’ His lifestyle reflects sincerity and his gift speaks for itself. With his humility, one would never know the many talents that God has graced him with and he prefers it that way as he believes that his purpose for doing music is simply to share his story through song. He wants to encourage those who listen with a simple message: “Chase your dreams and never give up for if God is for us, who can be against us?” and truly he is a living testament to such a statement. Not only has he miraculously survived a stage4 battle with cancer, having being told that he had only 5 months left to live but he’s also persevered past homelessness and has conquered drug addiction. All of this while being a loving husband and father to seven beautiful children.
