My name is Joshua Morris, and I was born in Missouri. I’m a musician because music is the only thing in this wild world that has ever made any sense to me. So I guess it’s kind of my only option. I’m happy with that because to me, music is everything. It’s happiness; it’s sadness; it’s counsel in time of need. It’s a friend when it seems like you ain’t got one, and it’s an outlet when you feel like the sky’s falling. More than anything, I think the best part about music is that it’s a connection people can share with each other. That could change the world, especially when the world is trying so damn hard to make everyone afraid of each other. I ought to explain my album a bit, as well - the one that's currently out, I’ll start by saying I might as well have named the album 'Imperfections" because it’s sure full of them, but that’s where the beauty is to me. So I really wanted to give everyone the raw, uncut version. It’s an acoustic album mostly recorded in mono during a live performance, a little different than a lot of modern recordings. I also want you to know I have new album coming out in January 2023, called "It's So Easy." That album has a lot of cool features on it, friends from my life who came out to make this a really dynamite record, so be on the listen for that. Thanks for listening! - JM
