Mystic's passion for the arts began at a young age, as she and her siblings were immersed in a variety of creative endeavors. At age 15, she discovered her love for writing and playing the guitar, adding another dimension to her creative expression. Her music draws on a wide range of influences, including reggae, hip hop, soul, R&B, Pop and more. Her 2021 focus track "Sad Girls (Cause Damage)" is a perfect example of this fusion, which resulted in her first national TV appearance on NBC's Today Show. Her upcoming project is anchored in the intersection of her unique cultural identities Through her music, she hopes to inspire others to embrace their own duality, and live life to the fullest, motivated by the desire for freedom and self-expression. Mystic’s latest single ‘Energy’ is “definitely rooted in the Caribbean heartbeat, but it’s important for the music to travel.
