Born and raised in Germany, Sendi Hoxha, an immigrant child of Albanian refugees who escaped poverty and despair in the beginning of the 1990s, fell in love with music when she was in kindergarten. That’s when her siblings and her started to take piano lessons. Sometime in elementary school, she got inspired by Hip-Hop music and -artists to write her own lyrics to instrumentals. Soon after, the singer-songwriter took her songwriting journey to another level when she met her longtime companion: The Acoustic Guitar. At the young age of 13, she was introduced to the producing world by her guitar teacher and began to record and produce songs in her parents’ basement. One year later, the singer won a scholarship for free Singing- and Producing-lessons and was coached for two years by Siggy Has Ardeur. In 2013, she released some demos on SoundCloud. In the beginning of 2015, she took another step further. She published her self written and composed song “Battlefield” on YouTube with which she applied for the “Eurovision-Song-Contest-Clubconcert” in Hamburg, Germany. She got into the Top 10.  In 2017, she started studying “Producing” at the Popakademie in Mannheim. Her songs comprise topics as mental health issues, unfulfilled love and identity problems. In 2022, she opened a new project named “VLCNO” where she already released three singles through the record label “We Are Diamond” (chill house, deep house etc.).
