Cognito’s album “Automatic” on Strange Music, debuted #32 on Billboards top 200, which followed with an outpour of fan support and die hard followers that still support the music to this day. Building on his own persistence, COGNITO is quick to admit his success has been buoyed by his supportive team: Violet Brown, Femi, Mike Mosley, Darien Smith, his studio engineer for the past 15 years. Cognito has had an amazing team behind him, which has catapulted him to where he is today. Currently, COGNITO is working closely with the people he has has proven success with. Producers such as Freddy Machete, Demolish Beats, DJ Pause etc. Cognito has formed a new multi media platform with his associates, which include full streaming outlets, podcast (coming soon), as well as a full line of new merchandise that will be released the beginning of 2020.
