Danaga (Daniel Aga) is a musician from Cluj, Romania, known to the public for his eclectic and melodious style of his albums 'Am n-Aripi', 'Spiro', 'Doamne Ferestre' as well as for the folk inspired works from the compilation 'Culese din Cartier I' edited by Subcarpati. He combines electronic music with acoustic instruments, contemporary sounds with traditional themes and his sets are true musical journeys from heavy downtempo to a psychedelic upbeat.. Active since 2010, he has been present on the stages of some major festivals in the country as well as abroad, among which we could mention Waha, Green Sounds Bucharest, Untold, Neversea, Electric Castle, Mekittburn (Brussels - Belgium), Midnight Sun (Vaeroy - Norway) and he met some important names of electronic music such as Silent Strike, Subcarpati, Akua Naru, Guts, Renegades of Jazz, Club des Belugas, Nightmares on Wax, Baba Zula, Chancha via Circuito, etc. From 2013 until now he has composed music for various theater shows, performances as well as soundtracks for animations, short films and silent films.
