Julius Cole, born in Southside Jamaica Queens, knows what it’s like to navigate through the inner city jungle. Heavily influenced by his uncle who happened to be the legendary Godfather of House Music, Frankie Knuckles, True’s affinity for artistry grew over time. Becoming inspired by acts like Run DMC, Jay Z, Nas, and DMX, True began to delve into the world of Hip Hop. At the early age of 8, True realized he wanted to pursue a rap career of his own. True began to realize his potential. With Trav’s assistance True was able to get in the studio with known rappers in the industry like Maino and Fred The Godson. True has been consistently creating a name for himself releasing solo songs and collaborations which can be found on all streaming platforms.
