Hunter grew up small-town and hardworking in Pleasant Hill, MO. Originally setting out to become a career firefighter, he found a love for guitar and songwriting along the way. This took Hunter on a path to Nashville, TN where he is working simultaneously as a professional singer-songwriter and career firefighter. Since arriving in Nashville, Hunter has immersed himself into the Music City songwriter scene. Collaborating with multiple talented artists and songwriters has brought more depth and perspective to his writing. His short time in Nashville has seen the debut album release of "Folks Like Me and You." As well as multiple singles. After "Folks Like Me and You" debuted at #10 on the iTunes Country Chart, #5 on the Regional Billboard chart, and launched a music video onto CMT’s Next Up Now, Hunter has been steadily releasing new singles to build anticipation for his second studio album. In 2022, Hunter has released "Mossy Oak Break-Up (Reloaded)" and "All Us Rednecks" Feat. Reece Phillips and Nick DeLeo. This is only the beginning of a vast collection of songs to come this year!
