MVNCH is from Winston Salem, North Carolina. As an artist he has been influenced by Sade, DMX, Tupac, Linkin Park, Nas, and Busta Rhymes. He strategically sets himself apart from other people around him by experimenting with his voice, and various styles of beats. When you listen to his music you can feel the power and uniqueness in his voice. MVNCH makes music as a part of life not just enjoyment. He began this journey in 2017, While attending North Forsyth High School which was the peak of SoundCloud rap. Which is where he transitioned from “KID MVNCH” to “MVNCH” His passion for it has gotten him to where he is today. MVNCH associated himself early on with 444 which includes other artist like @SLUTTYSONNY (RIP) ,TokyoRevenge, Evilnocap and Clifford but MVNCH later separates himself and created his own group in 2020. “DSS”, “DeadShotShawty” which started with himself. Now in 2024 MVNCH, then rebrands to VOL, [Vengeance Over Love]which is a piece of his movement, his brand, his life and his family. He stills experiments with his voice, he continues to evolve What he may do next we do not know.
