Rolv.K is a 23 years old DJ artist and producer based in Geneva Switzerland. Originally from Sierra Leone, Rolv.K produces a very ''Afro-centered'' music full of counter-time beats, vocal samples, raw rhythm and percussion instruments. His raw music is very percussive and perfectly adapted for a ''club'' format. Rolv.K is the founder of the music platform Mango Juice Music (www.mangojuicemusic.ch) which brings together and promotes artists from the Lake Geneva region and he’s also part of a the duo NÜFRIKA with Pekodjinn. Rolv.K has placed releases on labels such as '' Lowup Records '' (BE) and ''Man Recordings'' (DE). He has mixed in several festivals in Switzerland such as Ajafest, Antigel or Electron Festival, as well as in several European cities like Paris, Brussels or Milan. Present in countless mixes made by other DJs from the scene, Rolv.K is known for his remixes, original musics, but also for the collaborations he has signed with Vitus Tribe (ALL), Samuel J (UK), Zalvf (Ozadya) and Pekodjinn. During his dj-sets, but especially in his productions, Rolv.K demonstrates each time his mastery of the genre ''Global Club''. Spotted by several artists from the "Global Club" movement such as Kampire (Uganda), Diplo (USA), Dj Mellow (BE) and Daniel Haaksmann (ALL), Rolv.K is one of the upcoming artists in the genre.
