Viaggiatori Armonici (Harmonic Travelers) is an unconventional music ensemble established in 2012 in Italy by the Brazilian guitarist and composer Carlos da Costa Coelho, and the Italian classical flute player Sabrina Agosto. Through the years the ensemble developed its unique sound by blending the sonority of several folks, electric and classical instruments. Moreover, the group established many collaborations by developing projects with renowned musicians from different countries and with various musical backgrounds. For instance, the Brazilians: Fernando Deghi, Daniel Migliavacca, Sergio Albach, and Glauco Sölter, the Indian Arup Kanti Das - tabla and percussion player, the legendary Irish icon Andy Irvine, the Italian bass player Andrea Lombardini, just to mention a few. In 2017 Viaggiatori Armonici released their first CD, “Storie d’Inverno” (Winter Sorties). The album contains a selection of winter-inspired works from different composers around the world. Between 2018 and 2019 the ensemble, in a joint venture with the Brazilian songwriter Vadeco Schettini, recorded a second CD “A Semente Que Virou Pássaro” (The Seed That Became a Bird), produced both in Italy and Brazil, with the participation of 27 artists playing Vadeco’s, Carlos Coelho’s and Brian Willson’s compositions. In 2023 the ensemble launched their third album “Love Parade” with the original composition of Carlos da Costa Coelho, Daniel Migliavacca, and Fabiano Tiziu.
