HONÜ was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii. The word Honu, is Hawaiian for sea turtle and is a representation of his motto in life; ‘Slow & Steady Wins The Race’. Everyone is in a race to get to the finish line but, it’s the process of getting there that should be cherished. He’s consistently battled through adversities in life and has channeled it through his evolving sound and wide range of music. His unique production style mixed with a bright vibrant personality helps separate him from the sea full of music artists.
