 DeAndre Byrd, better known as Main Event (Main E), is an American Artist/Rapper/Songwriter, who was born on February 8,1989 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. 
 A true Atlanta native raised by his single hard-working mother, Main E grew up in College Park, GA with his older brother. As a teen, Main Event often hung with his brother and friends at their local park, listening to rap battles and lyricists. Inspired from hearing the many different styles, Main E picked up a pen and wrote his first rap at the age of 12. "That’s the day I married music", says Main Event.
