Prince Ameyaw Kyere, aka Cobbi Kay is a Ghanaian-born Afrobeats artiste based in Toronto, Canada. His maiden single release "Turn Up", in August 2021 was an instant fan favourite. He followed that success up by releasing two more hit singles. "Dance" and "Hwan Ne W'damfo" were released in Nov'21 and Feb '22 respectively. His last EP release "Anigyie EP" showcases of how far he has developed in his craft. The EP includes hits such as "Odo Pa", "No Stress", "Yenda" and "Shot On Shot" and features some of the most talented artistes of our time including Deon Boakye, Kobby Cherf and Klemmy. In Nov 2022, he released a self titled single "Cobbi" which chronicles his experiences in music and his personal life and also the perceptions people have of him. Another single "You" was released on Dec. 24, 22 and features Tykid. His latest release "Adwendwen" released April 1, 2023 shines a light on additions amongst today’s youth. Cobbi just wrapped in the studio working on his next project entitled, an album entitled “Outset” which is scheduled to be launched May 25th, 2024 and will see some international collaborations with artistes from Canada, The US and across Africa.
