"Dentikit is a musician, sample-based producer, and audio engineer from Palmdale, CA. He is a self-taught guitarist who started creating songs in his freshman year, drawing heavy inspiration from Radiohead and The Strokes. Soon after, he began producing ambient instrumentals, influenced by video game music composer Yoko Shimomura and electronic musician Thom Yorke. Dentikit dabbled in vaporwave, releasing two albums in 2018 (now unreleased), and also ventured into producing R&B and trap beats for income on YouTube. Later, he participated in game jam sessions and composed original music for various games. Dentikit continues to create music but is currently focusing on transitioning away from using samples in his production."
