Anthony Agurs also known as "Ant Agurz" is an up and coming independent singer, songwriter, producer, and dancer. Born in North Carolina, Agurs started wanting to learn how to sing at the age of 6 after being influenced by Singer-songwriter Sammie. At the age of the 13, Anthony saw the "Gimme That" video (performed by Chris Brown) on BET and was automatically sold that we he wanted to learn how to dance as well. His brother (who learned how to dance three years prior) was also an major inspiration for him as well. By the age of 14, Agurs began to teach himself how to produce his own beats and write his own material. He teamed up with his brother and continued to make music and perform, receiving a strong response locally. Over the next 5 years Agurs and his brother would continue to perform and make music, but in 2013, they both mutually agreed that it was time to they go their separate ways entertainment wise. Agurs two tracks "You're My Type" and "She Don't Love Me" began to generate a strong enough buzz to land on Legendary DJ Clue's Desert Storm Radio. Agurs used this to his advantage to help promote his first mix tape project "Love.Growth.Change" which he wrote and produced all by himself.
