Manleen Rekhi is an aspiring Punjabi musician from Chandigarh, India. Growing up in Punjab and listening to traditional folklore, she was inspired by the songs of Surinder Kaur ji from a young age. She started her Youtube channel with an intention of getting into Electro Punjabi Folk music but soon outgrew the idea of covering music. Her first original composition to hit the centre stage was the song 'Khaab' in collaboration with Mukhtar Sahota. She has collaborated with various Canadian artists and producers such as Byg Byrd, Amantej Hundal, Jay Trak to create some groovy pop & hip hop numbers such as ‘Highway’ and ‘Brampton Nyc’. As a performer, she has performed pan India and Canada for concerts and private shows. She continues to explore new genres and sounds each passing day.
