ABOUT QUATTRO STAGIONI Since its debut in 1987, Quattro Stagioni has established itself as Norway’s foremost vocal quartet, developing a repertoire which spans the history of European music. The Quartet has performed in Norway, through-out Europe, in the US and the far East. Quattro Stagioni’s debut CD, “Voices,” presents a cappella music of the Renais-sance, alongside traditional Norwegian songs for male voices. The quartet’s 1994 release, “Cantio,” features a unique cross section of Norwegian music of the 20th cen-tury. The quartet's newest CD, “Nowell Sing We”, released for Christmas 2004, is a varied and vibrant collection of medieval and renaissance settings which captures Chistmas from Europe’s distant past.
