In 2016 Pilgrim came back with a raw, naked and symphonic second EP, Sink Like a Stone EP. In the time that passed since No Gun’s release, Naomi Pilgrim performed across Europe, drawing large crowds at festivals like Sweden’s Way Out West and Norway’s by:Larm. The title track on her latest EP, co-written with Henrik Jonzon, is inspired by African-American Eric Garner's death in New York in 2014. The two remaining tracks on Naomi Pilgrim’s new EP offer an intimate glimpse into the artist’s inner life. I Wonder, co-written with old friends Oskar Blondell and Nanna Brickman, explores a relationship coming apart at the seams. The song Mama is the EP’s beacon of light, a love story starring Naomi’s mother Marie.
