Born and raised in Paris, France, to Martinican parents, Kyo Itachi fell in love with Hip-Hop culture during his teen days. Hailing from Blanc-Mesnil, a sensitive neighborhood infamous for its harsh life conditions, Kyo Itachi started making beats in 2000 . His musical influences come from a wide range of genres: Soul, Jazz, Rock, soundtracks, Hip-Hop. Among his favorite Hip-Hop producers, we can find Alchemist,Madlib, RZA,Hi-Tek,Nottz, J.Dilla,Evidence,Beatminerz. In addition to Rap, Far-East Asian culture played a key role in his artistic development and evolution, mostly through manga and japanimation (Naruto, Bleach), kung fu movies, and video games. Furthermore, his name "Kyo Itachi" is an homage to King Of Fighters' character "Kyo Kusanagi" and Naruto's "Uchiha Itachi". Kyo Itachi's production style and identity are represented by the meeting of Hip-Hop and Manga cultures. A unique spécial signature sound that made him work with US Legends rappers like Sean Price,Ruste Juxx,Roc Marciano, Conway,Benny The Butcher, Keith Murray,Planet Asia,Bishop Lamont,Big Twins,Chino Xl.His collaborations with French rappers are also quite impressive: X-Men,Maj Trafyk,Rocca,Dany Dan,Hifi,Nekfeu, Alpha Wann,Lucio Bukowski.
