Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin but based in Texas since a stint with the United States Army, Drex is an independent artist whose material alternates between romantic R&B and relatable rap. A multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter, he grew up in a musical household and wrote his first song at the age of seven. He was briefly a member of a group, but he ultimately went solo.
